Printed great, but it had the dreaded feeder problems all the 5L/6L models had.This one seems to work great, starts up fast, seems well made.I use a Belkin 10 ft USB cable with no problems with the length. Installation was easy.Just a tip for installation with no instructions included: do not connect the USB cable until the software on the CD prompts it. i.e. connect the power, get all the packing material out, and shake the cartidge, then put the CD in the PC. 11 of 11 people found the following review helpful. 3 weeks in, no problems so far. By Ajit Anthony One of those few times, I didn't get the product with the most features. I am so glad I didn't, it is one of favorite electronic purchases. So fast, so efficient.I set up with 3 different computers over a network. They say it takes 6 seconds to wake up and start printing. I feel like it is faster or maybe I am just used to much slower printers.Color printing is so overrated, when I print photographs, I take my pics to the store. Nice replacement for 1022/1022N By MJ I have bought several 1505's and 1505N's and overall had a great experience with them. They are the replacement entry-level Laser monochrome printer for the 1022/1022N. I like them better because they print faster than 1022 (in my experience) and have a power button on the front.I did receive a bad 1505 but I emailed Amazon and they overnighted me a new printer and emailed me a pre-paid RMA label. Couldn't have been easier - Amazon rocks!Great little printer! (If you need something a little heftier with HP, I would look at the LJ1320 and so on...)....UPDATE 3/31/09The "N" version or the network printer version has a small issue...it will un-share itself. After setting up the printer on a print server, the printer will un-share itself when accessing Printer Properties etc. You have to re-share it again after you are done.
