It used to be tough, designed to be used by engineers for engineers. Unfortunately, now it is cheap junk. The scanners All-in-one HP seemed doomed to fail in the thirteenth month after purchase. Some of the latest HP printers do not even implement its own well-Printer Control Language (HP PCL). Brother printer works. It carries PCL5 correctly, and their emulation of PostScript. I have networked computers for 15 years, so it was easy to configure. The hardest part was pulling the CD-ROM to multiple computers on the network, because Windows does not have the driver built into a no-brainer. The sources work out to 1.4 cents per page (toner and drum). Hard to get over it. 15 of 15 people found the following review helpful. This printer (and its predecessor) are the ones that our company uses to Ron Rahav I'm an IT manager from this printer (HL-5370) and much like its predecessor (HL-5250), our company has about 25 printers . We had very few mechanical problems in recent years. If you download the printer driver on your website [...] then you can get a very small driver that installs anything else, just the basic driver - No bloatware. For ordinary users / casual, the printer driver and are easy to configure. However, TechnoGeeks like me, you can also manage printers via a Web interface / HTML and BRAdmin software with which you can configure the printer to send e-mail alerts for various events such as "drum near the end of life" or "toner low" These printer official life is 100,000 pages. After that, the merger must be replaced at a cost of 60% -80% of a new printer. However, the printer can continue to use beyond the 100,000 page mark. The printer in my office, has already surpassed the 100,000 BROTHER tech and works perfectly. Support is terrible, so it's a good thing, these printers are more reliable than most. 11 of 11 people found this review helpful. Brother HL-5370DWT T. Dawson printer This printer is a bargain for the price. The printing speed is OK, a bit slow to warm up in order. The print quality is excellent. The duplex function and the ability to hold a full Reem of paper is beautiful. Set up a network printer has to be difficult. I've tried the wire in place and it was impossible. To be fair, it is possible that our wireless SSID broadcast as a security measure. Given up the printer over a wireless network connection and went to a cable connection. We had to do, but I finally managed to get it on the network. For instructions on connecting to the network were at best poor. This is a loud printer. All 23 customer reviews ....
