First page out in 7-8 seconds and after one page every two seconds. It's loud, but only when printing. After this, a fan runs for about 30 seconds and then turned off (I'm back a Brother 2170, since the fan will run for 15-30 minutes after printing a single page). Installation was a breeze. The printer also comes with a regular cartridge not as a "starter" cartridge. Highly recommended. 25 of 25 people found the following review helpful. Yo, it has a tranquil setting! With Kathleen, I bought this printer is the only printer that I have ever had to replace - my HP Laserjet 4L that I bought 15 years ago next month. I'm still in deep mourning, and I would not trade it, even now, except that I'm tired of not being able to print legibly Mapquest and Google Maps. So of course I stuck with HP. Main product loyalty here. All offices that I worked was mainly used HPs, because we have repented, if you strayed too far from the mother ship I had this for about six weeks, and I like very well. It was easy to install and print quality is excellent (which, after all, is the big enchilada). It will also be manually duplex, a feature that I wanted right now was to eliminate some other competitive printers. The footprint is actually almost the same as that of my Lil '4 L, but is much larger than it looks huge, which is a disadvantage. I had read the reviews here before buying, many of those who comment on the noise is. This is true, but I noticed while going through the settings on the installation CD that has a silent mode, which turns out to be much quieter than in normal mode. He makes the print speed slow down a bit, but you can always change the settings for a great job and will take the dog out. Printer horrible. Consant blocks and loss of connectivity options. Buyer Beware. P. hero If I could give this printer a rating of zero stars, I would. This printer suffers the same problems that plagued the last series of printers. The former model was that P2015dn Printer loses its web interface and network settings randomly. A power cycle usually bring the printers back online. We've had this printer for 5 days. In 5 days, gone are offline / closed up 5 times . Every time the printer is completely blocked. It could not be printed, web-interface was not available, could not be pinged and completely abandoned by the network. It could also be seen in the router as a client active. Blocking launched the brand to 36 hours, then about 21 hours, and again approximately 20 hours, then the grand finale was twice on the same day within 8 hours each time, cycling the printer has spoken. It is not acceptable for a network printer. You should not order the power supply must ensure that the printer is online and your print job will go. A call to HP was useless, and they denied any problems. Perform a quick search on Google is the problem and the more HP technical support forums. This problem affects all the "P" printers and "CP" series. HP has no reliable business-class printers since the return, if the 1320n printer still made in Japan.
